A late entrant to the food world, Bala brings with him over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in fields as diverse as Hospitality, Adventure Travel and more. His lifelong passion for the culinary traditions of Kerala (and his love for its vibrant cuisine!) inspired him to establish The Malabari Merchant, with a vision to make the authentic tastes and flavours of Kerala accessible to everyone.
