Refund policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on cancellations, refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order if the same has not been shipped/dispatched and/or handed over to our shipping partner.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us by sending us an email at orders@TheMM.in.

In case the product has been shipped or handed over for shipping, You will incur shipping & handling charges for onward and return of the products to Us.

We will refund You no later than 5 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• If the Goods reaches You in a condition which renders it unfit for use, beyond expiry date etc., We urge You to contact Us within 24 hours from delivery. We will analyse the issue through photographs or at Our warehouse, as the situation demands, and upon finding that the Goods has reached You in a condition as stated above, initiate a refund within 48 hours. 
• In the case of edible Goods (snacks, oils, ready to fry, etc.) We do not accept ‘Taste’ as a factor for returning the product, as We acknowledge and understand that everyone may not have the same/similar taste preferences.
  
• In case of packaged Goods, We will only accept refunds in the case that Good(s) has reached beyond the date of expiry, or similar reasons. We try our best to perfect Our Goods description with pictures, but these pictures may vary in colour, texture, print, size of Goods, etc., and We do not accept returns on this basis. 
  

The final and binding decision for whether the product is eligible for refund, on a case-by-case basis, lies with Tharavad Ventures LLP only.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. The address for return will be communicated to you once return is approved by Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
