Curd Chillies are a staple South Indian side with curd rice and other
rice dishes. They provide a strong burst of flavour to any meal. They
are made by dipping chillies in buttermilk and drying them in the sun
and then repeating the process a couple of times thill the chillies have
absorbed all the flavour and are ready to be fried. Fry them till they
are dark brown and store in an airtight container for quick access to
spice up your meal.
