Idli podi is incredibly versatile. It can be used as a dip by simply mixing it with a drizzle of oil or ghee (best with coconut oil or sesame/gingely/til oil). This creates a paste-like consistency that can be enjoyed with idli or dosa, providing a delightful blend of flavours and textures.
