Rasam masala

Our homemade Rasam masala is a traditional spice blend used to prepare rasam, a tangy and aromatic soup-like dish. It is a flavourful mixture of various spices that come together to create the distinct taste and aroma of rasam. 

Using our homemade Rasam powder one can quickly rustle up a yummy portion of this flavourful dish in no time. A bowl of tomato-pepper rasam can be had as a soup or can also be mixed with rice for a flavourful dish. Rasam is a comforting warm drink for winter and is also great as an immunity-boosting kadha owing to its mixture of healthy spices.
