Inji Puli or Puli Inji, is a traditional Kerala chutney that combines the flavours of ginger (inji), tamarind (puli), jaggery, and spices. This tangy & sweet chutney is a staple in Kerala homes and is used as an accompaniment with idli, dosa, rice, as a spread on rotis, bread, as a dip with nachos, chips, kebabs and many more. No sadhya (traditional festive Kerala meal) is complete without Inji Puli.
