Our banana chips are fried in 100% pure coconut oil to give them their unique taste. The key to making our perfect banana chips is to fry them at the right temperature – too hot, and they will burn, while too cool, and they will be greasy and chewy. The fried chips are seasoned with a sprinkle of salt and packed with no other preservatives or additives.
