The bananas used for making Kerala Banana chips, Nendran bananas, are a specific variety that is less sweet. 

Our Kerala Banana chips are fried in 100% pure coconut oil to give them their unique taste. The key to making our perfect banana chips is to fry them at the right temperature – too hot, and they will burn, while too cool, and they will be greasy and chewy. The fried chips are seasoned with salt and packed with no other preservatives or additives.
