White Lime Pickle | Vella Naranga pickle

White Lime pickle is a special lemon pickle of Kerala which retains the natural flavour of lime and the spiciness of the Kanthari chilli (Bird's Eye chilli). The remaining basic ingredients enhances the flavour of these two ingredients.

Ingredients: Lime, Kanthari chilli (Bird's Eye chilli), Ginger, Garlic, Asafoetida, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Mustard seeds, Sugar, Curry leaves, Salt, Vinegar, Til oil
