White Lime pickle is a special lemon pickle which retains the
natural colour of lime unlike other lime pickles which have a lot of
other spices. This White Lime pickle is made with lime, ginger,
garlic, kadipatta (curry
leaves), green chilli with a dash of a very few basic spices.
This pickle tends to retain the natural tanginess of the limes
and is an ideal combination with any rice dishes.
